Big businesses can make money out of a global crisis whether it is engineered by them or if it is a fortunate (for them) coincidence, yes. There are many cases of the crisis being taken advantage of, but that doesn't mean that these businesses are the cause of the virus or the cause for lockdowns/ 'loss of freedoms' etc. I find it wild that there is such a dangerous wave of these conspiracy theorists. I guess there isn't much else to do other than doom scroll until you find a blog that convinces you some rich person somewhere is responsible for it all.

How they managed to rush it through is a great story. Instead of reporting that, which would get the public behind science, remind them of what it is, and leave them inspired. Nope, they instead spent that whole time laughing at Donald Trump and undervaluing what scientists and capitalism can do, just to push their narrative. Sickening. Then when the vaccines came, they didn't give zero fucks about correcting the record or taking any interest in the science, the biochemistry, the genuine risks and uncertainty, none of it, they treated it like a virtue, a display of woke, ejaculating over science. It makes me sick. The diversity of the research teams is what they exalted to the kids. Taking the vaccine literally means you are signalling your virtue about how you "follow the science" because of how good you are and how you want to "protect your fellow people". What the fuck. Vomit inducing embarrassments. Not to mention lie after lie which has followed due to their utter stupidity and inability to actually do science. I despair at the cringe, and wish only death upon them all.
We don't need conspiracies for that. It's literally baked into the system. That's part of why the conspiracies are stupid as can be - they serve no purpose when the social and economic control is on the surface and visible for all to see.

I always find it weird that anyone who makes money gets shit on ... even though they have often provided a wildly successful, and therefore popular & beneficial, service or product to get there. Of course some take advantage of that, and should rightly be reined in, but I guess in the end it just boils down to jealousy and draws out the conspiracy loons.
In Alberta, Canada they went from having some of the harshest lockdowns in the world to no isolation even if you test positive. All because a guy asked his government to prove existence of the virus outside of a lab model or a PCR test in order to justify the public health measures and a $1200 fine for not wearing a mask. He asked them to isolate the virus from someone sick with Covid or dead from it. They couldn't do it so they are going back to normal. You know what to do. If they can't isolate the virus, SARS COV2, it could all be a con based on a worse variant of the flu...they had a highly experimental flu shot in Italy in 2019...
The PCR test looks for a strand of rna... however humans share 25% of our DNA with bananas. So, you could calibrate the PCR test in a certain way and look for the right strand of DNA you could convince the world a banana is a human.

None of that makes any sense whatsoever because how hell do they think ANY virus is discovered/isolated (and no they aren't 'models' but physical samples). And of course they could isolate the virus, as half the world has done. The Alberta Govt. seem to be utterly incompetent lunatics. Laughing stock.
Actually in revision 5 of the CDC manual of the PCR tests, it said there was no isolates to use. They have obviously since changed it. Almost everything has been done with a computerized models of the virus. They took 3 hours to design the vaccine... based off a computer model.
But I am not going to argue. Those who want freedom can ask their goverments to prove it.

It makes complete sense to an old school scientist, when they see snotty nosed freshly graduated woke scientists being unable to use the scientific method to prove something, before they quickly point at the pretty graph they plotted to change the subject.
If you cared about understanding nature, then as a scientist you'd spend months studying that machine before you did anything, you'd learn precisely how it works, you'd take the damn thing apart, find all the flaws, you'd look at the code, you'd then change the code yourself to correct the flaws. Like 200 years ago, scientists built their own equipment, with their own hands. Nothing can go wrong. Then when they use the results to understand nature, there's no ifs or buts, they know what they're talking about. These modern expert cunts, they don't care about nature. They use your tax revenues to buy this machine. Plug it in. Then off they go churning out retarded graph after retarded graph in order to get paid. You're paying them to operate a black box. Like a twat last April I flew home from my place of work in Asia and spent nearly 4 months stuck in my dear ol mums house watching the tally of deaths on a daily basis. It might be cold to say, but people get sick and die. Especially old people. The average age of people dying from this is over 80 years old. 99.8% of all people who get it, survive. Most without complications. That number gets significantly higher when you look at healthy, younger people. If you applied the same coverage and metrics to the flu (thousands were dying a day in 2018 in the UK, I think), including that shady 28 days within a positive test, you could get similar levels of fear and panic over the flu - a virus most people don't even give a second thought. But we don't despair and lockdown over the tens of thousands of deaths flu causes (and as I've said elsewhere in this thread, I know it's more serious than flu). Most people are more likely to die on their way to get the vaccine than the virus itself. As I've said previously, as of April this year, just under 700 people under the age of 60 without underlying health conditions died in the UK with the virus. That's before we take into account any other contributing factors that there may have been.
Are we supposed to live in this perpetual state of fear over something that is for the vast, vast majority not life-threatening? What number of cases or deaths is deemed acceptable? As Stevie said, 6 cases and it's lockdown. We're never gonna get to zero. Where do we draw the line? If you're in favour of this reaction to coronavirus, then you really should have wanted the same measures brought in place to combat flu. Where do you draw the line?
Meanwhile, millions of people are being locked down, forced to wear a muzzle, injected with god knows what when they most likely don't need it, we're injecting kids and pregnant women, people are being ostracized from society, all to protect the 0.2% of vulnerable people who might die from this.
Yes, there should be measures in place to curtail and treat this. But what we're doing is way overboard. A mate of mine was diagnosed with diabetes recently because he's been too scared to leave the house. Now he's more at risk of the thing he was terrified of. There was that fella who died of coronavirus because he stayed in for nearly 2 years and ballooned to 30 stone and became much more vulnerable.
This is not going to end. Vaccinated people are still catching it and dying. They're gonna keep peddling the fear. They're gonna keep imposing measures and coercing people to get the vaccine. Then there will be booster shots and more vaccines. All the while we're handing over our rights because we're scared. Protesting anything is practically illegal now off the back of this. It's only going to get worse. They're not gonna turn around one day and wipe away all of the things brought in as a result of this. They're using this to tighten their grip around our necks.
That said, we don't have a fucking choice. I'll have to get my vaccine sooner or later. Companies will enforce it, any social settings, workplaces etc. It's utterly, utterly bizarre.
