Chinese "Devil Virus" - anyone worried?

If I were Putin, I'd be rethinking whether he is the right man for the job, and what the best way to ensure his silence might be.
 
So let me get this straight..

He jumped into a car a drove 30 miles with his wife and son because he was worried about his eyesight..

Well you could, cos he did. Or rather some lawyers helped script most of it & he tacked that on to distract from the fact that the entire thing was scripted by reverse engineering the evidence & making a rational explanation to explain all that evidence away.

By making such a ludicrous 'admission' as the excuse, nobody is analysing that, nor pointing out that it was his wife's birthday when he happened to decide to take this trip.

The press just accepted his laughable story at face value, then proceed to question him on if the public would be angry about him doing that, if he should apologise, why he never told his boss, what about and so forth.

It's insane. It never fucking happened! Why are you reporting it and spewing righteous indignations on something that he fucking made up and wouldn't even convince his autistic son that it is real? The fake news are unbelievable.

I wonder who gave them the idea that you could turn up at a press conference, talk utter gibberish and make stuff up to fit whatever narrative suits you.

What about the bit when Cumdog said he had it, everyone he worked with had it or was about to get it... so what was going on? Everyone at the heart of govt got the virus, disappeared, and no-one knew where anyone was?

I do find it a bit galling that Starmer is putting his right boot in, when one of his own MPs (Stephen Kinnock) did effectively something similar.

Surely if Cummings goes (as he should) Kinnock should too.

Anyone in any public office who has broken it should go.

The difference is though, the Cummings instigated, helped author, & pushed through the very fucking regulations/guidance/law that he then broke!

That’s the beauty of having a whopping great majority - they (the Tories) can pretty much do whatever they like.

Whatever internal pressure to remove him is just posturing - it’s not like Tory MP’s will revolt and bring down the government or try to get Boris replaced.

Nope... this is what the country voted for - Boris career has been littered with gaffs, spaffs, lies & cover ups - why would it be any different now.

If Boris wants Cummings to remain - he just has to do nothing - it’ll all go away as soon as he can find someone else to blame.

He’ll follow the Trump playbook - there’ll be a big story in the media calling out some new claim by mysteriously vague government sources about China being responsible for creating the virus by the end of the week to divert attention. Or something along those lines.

There is no comparison at all. Big D is on the side of the people lying alongside them to the apoplectic fake news journalists trying to get him out of office and replaced by an evil socialist tyrant. Cumdog is an evil socialist tyrant using the fake news to lie to the people.

The Sing. Govt. have stated that with most of the new infections that is the case (if you go to the Worldometers site they have links to the Govt. sources for every single infection), with community spread being only 4-7 new cases per day (the rest in dormitories).

However that is very recently and wasn't the case with early spread & infections so isn't really relevant to the info. I posted on factors affecting the transmission rates. Living cheek to jowl is always going to spread the contagion regardless of other limiting factors.
