Just gotta make sure we close off the passing lines to him then......or at least if he has the ball, get 2 on him straight away so he can't manoeuvre out a tight spot.....or just smash the guys knees up before the game and stick him on the shelf with the rest of their injured crocks.

Rumours they'll be a few hundred marching the streets of Anfield Road/Walton Breck in protest of FSG.

Might pop down and have a look if it really happens.

I really don't want to see Trent not in the team, but I don't want to see him at right back ever again. If he plays in this and is the main culprit AGAIN, then Klopp only has himself to blame.
Yeah. I'm with you on this one.

I've seen enough Mudryk highlights to see he's fast and skilful enough to absolutely roast Trent.

Now watch Trent's highlights and you'll want him on the pitch.

I would like Trent on the pitch, but I would like him not left with two players around him in acres of space every god damn game.

Yes. On the pitch. But not in a back 4 right now. Moreover, all those Trent highlights were of a young Trent, happy to play anywhere in the team and who put in effort both ways. Not this current Trent, who is going the Bellerin-hipster route, who is twice as fast going forward than he is going backwards and doesn't look like he wants to play at RB anymore.

Trent is great when we're dominating the ball/action, and he gets to attack 75% of the game, and we have an in-form Henderson, Fabinho and Konate in the team, covering the spaces he leaves.

I'd much prefer to start solid and bring him off the bench (fresh), as opposed to Chelsea bringing a fresh Mudryk off the bench, to terrorise Trent later on in the game.

Unfortunately a lot wingers in the league are fast and skilfull enough to beat Trent.....and the truth it you don't even need to be that fast or quick to beat him, Dwight MfuckingNeil was capable of making him look bog standard.

But this is the risk we've taken and Klopp will carry on with it.

I somewhat agree, Trent isn't getting as much help as he used to.

Tbh is mudryk is half as fast as they say, no matter who we play at RB will be rinsed
The guy's not kicked a ball in the PL yet and we're worried about him? He'll likely be as shit / average as most other Eastern Europeans who are hyped up and carry a huge transfer fee they've no hope of living up to.

I've done it now haven't I? He's going to have a blinder.

You jinx. I’m off to stick a tenner on him getting a hat trick.

That's not the only issue though is it? I mean, watch the Brighton goal where he lurks on the edge of our box, leaving those two players with a free pass.

It's ok saying it's tough on him that he's isolated, but you've also got to account for the fact that he doesn't even try to defend the situations much of the time.

Remember when Pulisic came on against us when he first signed and he ripped our entire right side a new one and looked like the best player on the planet?

That's the issue. Chelsea haven't turned this new lad into a flop, yet.

Ffs Froggy. This is on you.

Alisson, Milner Gomez Konate Robertson, Keita Bajcetic Thiago, Salah Gakpo Elliott

Matip, Trent, Hendo, Fabs dropped.

Nunez on the bench.

Liverpool: Alisson, Milner, Konate, Gomez, Robertson, Bajcetic, Thiago, Keita, Elliott, Salah, Gakpo.
Subs: Kelleher, Fabinho, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jones, Tsimikas, Nunez, Matip, Alexander-Arnold

Looks like chops have been busted and big names dropped.

Watch this, then off to watch the might of Cliftonville v the philistines of Coleraine.

What a time to be alive.

Brutal starting lineup! A bit wary of Milner at right back but we’ve got to try something. Next to come under scrutiny should be Salah unless he starts banging them in.
