There are no rules in place. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. People find the delivery of your 'opinions' a tad infuriating. I suspect you are aware of this Modo.

Yeah, that's pretty obvious. I still don't think I've said anything wrong here. If you don't want my opinion about Agger don't have that many threads about him.

Yes, but you know how it develops: Modo naturally wants to defend Agger from a tide of criticism, then the tide gets bigger, he has to fight harder and the claims (on both sides) get bolder. I don't think he's trying to wind anyone up at all.

No, macca. Really, that's not it at all. There is no "tide of criticism" against Agger. Modo creates his own backlash by the means which others as well as I have described above. I actually agree with your last sentence - the real problem here isn't that Modo sets out to irritate others, it's that he suffers from an inability to understand that that's bound to be the effect of his behaviour which frankly borders on the autistic.

Well, there HAS been a lot of criticism of Agger on here for quite some time. Some of it's been justified, but personally I think quite a bit hasn't been, especially when compared to the more indulgent treatment of other CBs. But anyway, I can't see the point of this thread at this stage.

It's almost like Modo has taken over from KHL in his defence of / arguments for Agger. Excepts that he positions in it a snidey, self righteous fashion.

I get bored getting past that, so if he's actually making a point I might agree with, I probably miss it, because of the method of his delivery.

Frankly it makes me want to post less and I actually do and will post less. It will also be because of the endless boring speculation about who we will buy or sell. But that's not his or anyone's issue but my own.

Are you purposively being obtuse?

It's not about being right or wrong Modo, it's the delivery and execution of your 'opinions'.

Let me reiterate, I'm a big Agger fan. I would play him too. However, you're defense of Agger is equivalent to that of ten year old wallowing in self pity though. It's so unfair..... we would have won the league if he played etc etc. Defend Agger by all means, he needs it. A few have the pitch forks out for him. But you have to accept that you are infuriating people due to your methods of defending him and some suspect you are well aware of the fact you are doing it too.
