I need to set up a rather complex poll. I have a list of 30 problems and have developed a possible 10 solutions for each, meaning 300 solutions over all. I want to be able to invite people to vote on the feasibility of each of the 300 (10 solutions per problem, feasible or not feasible being the options) or suggest an alternative solution.
I want to ideally embed the poll in an email and to get instant analysis of which solutions gathered over 50% positive ratings from the 30 or so experts I will invite to vote.
I have no budget for this....
Any ideas?
