English players don't travel at all really. So much money in the PL that they don't really have to.

Watched the whole Bayern v. City game last night. City were a bit unlucky, there wasn't much in it and it really could have gone either way. Aquero came on far too late (but still almost scored an equaliser) though I guess they are saving him for Chelsea this weekend. Fernandinho my MoM.

I thought Bayern battered City for the most part, although City did make a few very good chances. They're going to struggle to qualify from that group: Roma looked excellent in the other game.

Yeah, no doubt Bayern had more possession and a lot more shots, but I always had the feeling City could score when they broke, they just seemed very dangerous on the break. They could/should have when Aguero got through at the end.

The stats looked pretty even : Shots CFC 18 (7) to Schalke 13 (5), Blocked 6-5, Poss'. 51.8% to 48.2%. Maybe someone who saw it can comment ?
