All of Torres’ comments regarding Liverpool.
- Liverpool’s future isn’t looking bright.
On the last months of his LFC career:
- I always gave a 100%, but it was a difficult situation. Even though I identified my self with the club, you must always look after your personal ambitions – to me that’s winning trophies, and unfortunately it doesn’t look bright for them.
- It’s not a coincidence that Xabi Alonso, Javier Mascherano and my self left LFC. It’s all about ambitions.
- I played for LFC for a few years, and had some great moments, but than a club with bigger potential came along.
- It looked impossible to win the league at LFC, and I understood the supporters frustration.
- It was difficult seeing the supporters burn my shirt.
The rest of the interview is about his injury situation, and general (uninteresting) talk.
