Regards the player, the choice is a stable side versus an unstable one, a stable manager versus a club who change theirs regularly. The only draw is the money and the location, it's not really ambition. Poch is a good manager, but one who's also faltered at the highest level a couple of times, I don't really see the footballing draw in comparison.
