This, but in addition they trully are all inept, H&G had no money of their own to invest, Rafa had a rotating door policy and bout cheap players with shit attitudes that only put in performances against big teams, and Roy added some truly shit icing and is managing to make it all smell worse than last year because of the shit tactics.
We need a new manager cause we play like a team that can't beat anyone so we usually don't baring attacking brilliance from the few that do have it.
We need new players because Rafa was a shit in the transfer market and didn't research his players enough and had no idea how to implement them.

I think the quintessential example for how inept Roy is, is that Maxi a clearly right dominant player with little ability on the left foot and no pace to make up for that is played on the left after having a run for good form on the right. When Meireles who has played a number of games at LB, LCM and even LM because of his ability to use both his feet is played at RM (even though his best position is CM).
