I've only just realised that Standard Chartered logo is actually an S and a C 🙁

Oh yeah

Awww. Rubbish

Im with Ryan, I dont care about the look of the kit (within reason) if they are willing to pay us that much money it can only be a good thing. Come on look at Everton's away kits for the past two seasons, it wont be that bad!

I think Brendan once said or quoted that Alan Hansen was so good that he could play football just as well in a tux

Which was a quote he stole from Ron Atkinson.

It's 50% mark-up on top 4 premiership shirts here in the States. Shirts go for about $80.

$140 here. Truefact.

In Aussie Dollars?

Seems like the shirt mark-up is pretty amazing overseas then.

It can cost about 260-280 Malaysian dollars to buy a jersey, which is a hell of a lot.

Sounds to be about the same in Oz.

If the deal does not start until 2013, why would they be making a serious design now?

I was pleased when we went back to adidas, but I have to say in hindsight I have been disappointed I think all the kits have been horrors , and too much emphasis on the three stripes, all too fussy and no team individuality.

regards

The only adidas kit I liked was the 06-07 one with the collar. Talk about class! You could wear that to the pub, the match, and then a funeral or a wedding, if the occasion called for it.
