Don't you find if trying to buy tickets when in the office you have an extra layer to go through and that tends to make it harder to hit the site and get into the queue? I have found that to be the case a couple of times and if I just open browser on phone I can get straight into the queue.

That sounds like a weird set up, I guess it depends on your company, mines in the centre of London connected straight to the London exchange, which incidentally is probably where LFC hold there servers, either there or Ireland.

They seem to have tweaked the system again.
A few of us were trying to get into the sales this morning for the West Ham game and took the usual approach of logging into the pre-queue page nice and early and then refreshing the page once the sale of ticket sale started.
All of us using this method got a wait time of two hours twenty minutes.
On a whim I opened up an incognito page and was logged on to the ticket page straight away.
That might be the way to go in future sales or at least until the change it again.
