There we go. If we didn't know, we know now. Matip is the most important player at the club.
 
Too often we've gone in at half time saying we could be double what we've scored, and that's why this happens. Poor finishing and a laziness that envelops the midfield. Chelsea wouldn't get into such a mess. That's why we'll struggle to keep up.
 
Look at the smile on Osman's face.
He'd actually rather see that then Everton winning.

How is Klopp to blame for a series of shitty fucked up wank decisions by players who should know better. You are right, a good team shuts that down. We were not even close to a good team in the second half. Pile of wank.
 
Can we put to bed this bollocks about us being so much better organised these days, we're still as likely to crumble under the slightest pressure as we have been in recent seasons. I love the way one bad result under one manager gets labelled cowardice and this gets labelled as stupid, as though it's just on the players. We dropped points against Palace for trying to hard to get a big win, I don't think that's cowardice at all, this result was just fucking dumb.

Chelsea have a far far deeper squad (they have Willian, Cesc, Batshitty, Terry, Begovic etc on the bench most nights) ... and unlike us, have many players who know what it takes to win leagues ... we just don't have that unfortunately
 
I love Milner but his limitations as a full back were exposed in that game. The fact that Lucas is our first choice when one centre back is out is not good enough either.

I wonder if Matip plays, is the defense better? I just don't get WHY we suddenly lost the midfield in the 2nd half? Was it all b/c of that wee scottish bastard?
 
Karius is actually worse than Mignolet in my opinion. He needs to be dropped.

I'd be nice if we could get in a proper LB too. Today Milner got found out by Fraser.

At CB, we need better cover for Matip.

I think the team has the same attitude as us in that regard too at times.

Not sure why Klavan didn't play ... He's a better CB ...

Also, when the game started turning - why didn't Can just drop back to help protect our CBs?

Because he's the coach and the players should be trained in how to be pragmatic and boring/ugly at times when the time comes for it. Don't get me wrong, I love Klopp, but we're chaos as a team at times.
 
What Klopp should have done?
Realised that Bournemouth were more up for it than us when they scored their 2nd goal and got Klavan on to sure up the defence. But none of us here realised that either.
 
What did Klopp actually see in Karius? assuming he hand picked him to be our #1

The #1 bad decision of Klopp
 
We lost to Burnley and now Bournemouth!

No way we will win the league. Top 4 is all we can hope for.

Our midfield didn't do a decent enough job closing them down. Matip was obviously missed, but their win wasn't solely down to that. We were up 3-1 for fucks sake. No one mentioned Matip then.
 
We can still finish top of the league ... we just need to be healthy, and (yet again) find another CB and possibly another GK (I say possibly because de gea was poor at Manure after being great at Athleti ... and he turned it around).
