i agree neil, but even on his favoured foot he is a defensive liability and wastes possession quite a lot. I can't see how moving him up field will all of a sudden help him retain the ball

I think we'll be okay. Today was hopefully a wake up call for everyone at the club; it wasn't just Roy that was the problem. We are in desperate need of better players, and cannot afford to wait till the summer or even the end of January for that matter.

Gerrard and Carragher aside, we've a squad full of fancy dans who think they're the dog's bollocks because they play for Liverpool. We don't need that at the moment. We need some nasty cunt in the middle of the park breaking bones. If we don't rectify that in January we will, in my opinion, be playing in The Championship next season.

Torres looked bright and lively up top which we haven't had for a while. We've got players to come back in, namely Carra and Gerrard.

And best of all, we're in a transfer window.

He made mistakes today, but I trust Kenny. I think he wanted to be fair to players, he gave the likes of Poulson and Jovanavic a chance, hopefully he's now seen they're crap and will look to offload them ASAP.
