The New York attorney general's office says it is investigating the Trump Organization "in a criminal capacity".
A spokesman for the state's top prosecutor, Letitia James, said the inquiry into Mr Trump's property company was "no longer purely civil". Ms James has been scrutinising the ex-Republican president's financial dealings before he took office. The Trumps deny wrongdoing and say the inquiry by a Democratic prosecutor is a political vendetta.
Ms James' spokesman, Fabien Levy, told the BBC on Tuesday: "We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the Organization is no longer purely civil in nature. "We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA. We have no additional comment."

Well everyone was inexplicably petrified and mortally offended by the merest idea of performing some basic bits of research or investigation to determine what was true. God forbid that they counted some numbers, the humanity, oh the humanity, think of the children, like jesus fucking christ what else can you say, counting is right up there with genocide in how depraved it is, it makes my skin crawl to think of human beings counting stuff. I for one thank the lord in heaven that they managed to prevent those evil monsters from doing the counting of things, we can now all sleep at night, for the small price of having no idea what the truth is.

Again - a misrepresentation.
The software doesn't "keep making mistakes in favor of democrats". There is not even a shred of credible evidence that Dominion software made any "mistakes" in the Presidential election. The outstanding lawsuits against Powell and Giuliani are more than enough to suggest that I am factually accurate in that statement.
In this specific case - the May 18th primary in a single Pennsylvanian county - the error was on someone mislabeling something. (Although this probably did affect the voting in some way.)
The fact however that Rosco deliberately misrepresented this information as evidence of voter fraud in the Presidential election is ironically fraudulent. When he then stated that it was a US Senate report, he doubled down, and got handed a nice big warm mug of shut-the-fuck-up.
The irony is probably completely lost on the fat cunt.
