Four more league games, and he's gone.

I can't wait.

I wouldn't be too sure about that.

Oh he's going.

I refuse to listen to anything suggesting otherwise.

like alonso was staying, anita?

He's always been eccentric with his line ups/subs/buys whatever. And as long as people brought into his genius, they made an allowance for it. No one buys into his 'genius' anymore, apart from a small deluded few who still insist on chanting his name at the games.

Eccentricity without genius is just seen as madness. He looks like a clueless man, everyone can see that. I can't bear watching most of these pundits at the best of times, but I particularly can't stomach it at the moment when they rip Rafa apart, because I know they're right. He's made a laughing stock of our club. And I can't wait till he's gone.

Well I can't see the board sacking him and I can't see him walking away so I'm prepared for him to be here next season.
[/quote]

Agreed

I see it ending by 'mutual agreement'. Rafa has to know he's come to the end of the line.

OUCH!!!

I miss him too 🙁
especially when you look at his replacements.

Who bought his replacement?
and who thought Lucas could do the job while the replacement was injured?

New owners or not we wont win the title with Rafa in charge.

I could not give a fuck if rafa stays next season or not!! This club with its current owners is fucked and will not progress till we see the back of them. If both rafa and the owners leave at the same time then so be it! But the owners leaving should be the priority!

Only watch it in 3D or don't bother.

Madrid will take him... and those rich fuckers will hopefully cover the compensation costs we would owe Rafa.

If he wants to leave for the Madrid post, we don't owe him anything. There will only be a compensation if we sack him.

Real would have to pay us some compensation though..

On SSN..............

Some Italian bloke (didn't catch his name) said that there definitely had been a meeting between Juve and Raffa's agent and while this wasn't particularly unusual the levels of negotiations did indicate that there was interest from both sides in making a deal.

Oh, and he did say that there would probably have to be a compensation package to go with the deal.

The compensation would be for Liverpool, not Juve, in case you were wondering.

!

Hmm, if we can't get Jose we're pretty much fucked imho.

O'Neill? No

McLeish? No

Rijkaard? Hell no!

Hiddink? Turkey

Lippi? Maybe

Capello? Not possible

Aren't many managers around that can take over this club.

Agent claims mystery Chinese investor key to Benitez's Liverpool future
April 15, 2010 | Premier League | 2 Comments | Bookmark and Share

The agent of Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has claimed that a Chinese investor wants to buy the club on condition that the Spaniard remains at Anfield.

Benitez's Anfield future has long been the subject of speculation and the Liverpool manager has recently spoken candidly of his frustration at the lack of funds available to strengthen his squad. Juventus have been strongly rumoured to have offered Benitez the chance to take over as coach of the Turin-based club. The Spaniard is also said to be in the running to take over as Real Madrid coach in the summer.

Benitez's agent, Manuel Garcia Quillon commented in Spanish daily AS, "For now, Madrid has not moved, but Juve will not wait for Benitez forever."

Quillon also said that whether Benitez remains at Liverpool is "subject to fluctuations in their financial situation."

Intriguingly, he added that a Chinese investor is interested in buying the club, but had conditioned the bid on Benitez remaining as Liverpool coach.

Quillon continued, "The Chinese have an interest and called Rafa and told him that their condition for buying the club is that he remains coach."

Liverpool's unpopular American owners, Tom Hicks and George Gillett are actively looking for a buyer, but the process may take some time.
