You base a player on the performance he is currently giving not previous ones, to be honest i just find it frustrating when Kuyt gets singled all the time, he cares more about the club than most on our team and is a fantastic professional, one thing Liverpool fans at anfield ask for is you out the effort in which he does, criticism should be for ones who dont put the effort in
