This may go down like a lead balloon right now, but despite his accuracy, I wish Shelvey would put a bit more zip on his passes at times.

Wouldn't swap him with anyone and to posters claiming that he's poor defensively take a look at our overall stats in our past many games now. We don't ship goals, actually the contrary and he still offers in abundance to our overall play. Love him.

Thats fair to say. Look he's so young there is a lot to learn. But he's got so much about him that I want him to play and have him grow into the player I think he can be.

Ignoring that his return coincides with Carragher being hurt. But with Skrtel and Agger we can stomach him. He still isn't good defensively.
