Klopp’s taken two seasons to get what was a seriously shit attack when he came in into one of the best in the world. Not many managers can do that.
It’s up to him to now address the rest.
We were not in the position to be competing for trophies when he came in, with Gerrard Suarez, and Sterling gone.
We feel we should be competing for trophies because of the progress we’ve made under Klopp.
He’s not stupid. He was after a very good CB who we should have got we’re it not for some dickhead at the club leaking shit. He’s addressing the midfield by bringing Keita in (by all accounts we tried our best to bring him in this summer).
He did try to replace Mignolet but failed on that one with another bad goalkeeper coming in. The fact Ming plays ahead of his replacement, and the fact Ming’s still as shit as he was when Klopp came in must mean Klopp will be looking for alternatives.
Give it time. We’re heading in the right direction.
Well said mate. I also think it is vital for out attacking game that we have had time to work on it. And it is defo a team effort. The fab four gets the applaus and praise but there are many involved. Hard working fullbacks providing wide alternativ in attack. CM's running into positions and work hard to press so we win the ball back from good positions. All this team work means we will at times be unbalanced. And for all the attacking praise we get the fab four can (and that is logic too) be sloppy in their defensive duties. That clearly make us voulnerable.
