Not followed Roma thus year, but has borini been good then? He's the one chelsea had to get rid if because he wasn't breaking into the first team... Right?

When did Italy start filling their forward lines with characters from G.I. Joe?

Alberto Aquilani is still hoping to be a part of the Milan squad for the 2012-13 campaign.

The Italian international, dropped from Cesare Prandelli’s Euro 2012 squad, joined the Diavolo last summer on a loan deal from Liverpool.

There was an enforced buy-out clause inserted into that agreement, but the Roman didn’t play in enough games for it to be activated.

“We’ll have to wait and see what happens when it comes to my future,” the man who spent last season on loan at Juventus stated.

“The door is semi-open for me to stay here…”

Semi-open....lower the transfer fee.
He didn't make the fucking Euro squad, wow?
Kinda makes sense though considering his injuries. I though he'd make it because he helped them qualify.

Alberto Aquilani’s future is still up in the air, but it’s reported he will halve his wages to make the move from Liverpool to Milan permanent.

The midfielder joined on loan last August, but did not play enough games to activate the enforced buy-out clause.

His contract with Liverpool has another two years left to run with wages of €4m per season and has reportedly given the all-clear to halve that sum.

Milan are not prepared to stump up the €8m needed to buy Aquilani, so he could return to Anfield anyway.

Liverpool have many other things to consider, as manager Kenny Dalglish was sacked this afternoon and a replacement is yet to be found.

I rate him and always have.

I've never liked the idea of loaning him out for buttons and would prefer we either play him or release him.

There will be a meeting today between Galliani and D'Amico to discuss Aquilani.

We should know sometime in the coming days what's gonna happen.

Aqualini would have made all the difference this year in midfield with loads of his trademark crunching tackles

Fucking hell man. We have had the ball in average probably 67% of all games this season... We have dominated games and run over teams and still lost. Who the hell need to tackel against Arse??? WBA??? Norwich?? Swansea?? Manu?? Need I go on?

Huh! I thought hey had a clause saying that if he played a certain number of games etc etc...

They really are dogs arent they...

Fuck it take him back and give him a try for once.

The two sides had agreed a fee of 8million euros (£6.4m) but Milan now want to renegotiate the terms of the deal in the hope of getting a better price.

"We will not use our option to buy Aquilani before May 31. We will re-open talks with Liverpool in June, though," said Galliani.

someone tell these cunts to fuck off .

and you think he'd have a little bit more self respect himself and realise they didn't play him so as not to trigger the clause and now won't pay what was agreed , so how much do they really want him .

actually was this lad ever really any good or did that injury ruin him ? He's been fit enough for 2 seasons now yet juve have had him and turned him down and now milan the same unless they get him dirt cheap .

Supposedly yes he is good, but I guess in all fairness it has become pretty fucking obvious that we don't want him, so why pay anywhere near the asking price if the person selling is clearly desperate to sell?

very true ...i've had a feeling for a while now that he'll probably eventually end up seeing his contract out , is released or goes for fuck all . clusterfuck of a transfer . I'd like to think it's the only recent one but then there's Keane , downing , henderson and carroll (yeah , yeah he might come good but there is nobody who will convince me we couldn't have spent £35m better) .

Great. Now we're gonna be subjected to Oncy blowing his e-load everytime this cunt plays a 20 metre pass in a pre-season game.

I left that to others last pre season. In fact if you check back I barely mention him.
Ive given up on him.

Can't be arsed trawling through it all, is he coming back? Does that mean we have to put up with Modo all fucking Summer?

I do remember your big "What's Ryan got to say after THAT performance" belter after he hit a shot from outside the box against some collection of Norwegian spanners.

Dont remember. Honestly though I barely mention him.
Its all been said before.
Bun Aquilani.

You said previously to which I responded that our midfield was weak and inexperienced and was over run easily and could have done with Aqua.
Which is it you want?

i have no idea why no teams seem to want him, even if people dont think he's as good as others its not like anyone can say he's terrible

I suspect if he was available for nothing he would find a club pretty quickly, but if you look at it another way, say we were interested in a player who was very clearly not wanted by his club, who appear to be prepared to do anything other than keep him, would you like to see us paying a transfer fee?

Perhaps the lad just doesnt give a fuck. Perhaps hes made his millions, left his beloved Roma and now is just lazy, rich and dissinterested.
