Its a conspiracy, maybe Hicks done it to wind him up. That'll show him.
 
There's a 5 page candidate brief which details the role a bit more, one of the sections mentioning working with the relevant authorities to ensure the stadium goes ahead.
 
Given Parry's fate was sealed three months ago I would have presumed we were further along in the process than we currently are.

Who's signing off on deals in the meantime ?
 
Parry once verbally promised me in an interview for the managers job when it next came up. I joked he hadn't replied to my application and he laughed and said he'd been busy but to come and see him next time there was a vacancy.

Bastards... he was my fucking route in.

The Grauniad is famous for misprints.

BTW they've spelt "co-chairmen" wrong too.
 
Heh, I always find it a bit funny that they're advertising these roles like any other. Always imagine them to be sorted out through contacts.
