I suggest the club use their vast resources & develop a way to negotiate with the virus.

Approximately 500,000 people were set to converge on Liverpool to celebrate number 19 as well...

So, we strike a deal with COVID-19.

It agrees to stop being a cunt, infecting & killing people, in return, we all agree to be sacrificed, but only after the season is completed & the parade has finished.

The season plays out, we finally get 19, have the time of our lives, then have the parade & the night out to end all nights out (literally!) & don't wake up in the morning.

First of all - first title in 30 years and you think only 500,000 people would be coming ? - I think you should expect more,
The deal itself would work, because it is a win win situation for everyone and the whole country:

1) The conservative party will rid of a population that has a strong labour party following

2) The current prime-minister would like to get rid,

3) Other fans win because they cannot stand the idea of Liverpool FC

4) The country benefits, as this is a fantasy, maybe the Virus itself will find the largest gathering and do a Taken style job "If you are a large gathering, I will Find you and I will kill you" - it goes into a feeding frenzy and overloads and never leaves the city of Liverpool, ground zero if you like, and in the aftermath becomes Britain's Chernobyl - but instead of being radioactive - no one goes to that area in because they know Covid-19 is in the air.
