He's excellent - reminds me of Sterling a bit. Happy to play anywhere across the front three, and has a good work rate too.

This was only his first season in the top flight though, so maybe there's a bit of a Borini syndrome at work?

No, apologies - I was misled by the stats. ESPN says Lacazette broke through a couple of seasons ago, but this is really his first prominent season. He scored some 4 odd goals last year.

I can't remember the last time I watched Lyon play ... so hoping someone can chip in as all I've seen his the obligatory youtube clip!

Based on that video he can play upfront and on the wing. Perfect.
Is he good enough? I dunno. But the goal stat doesn't tell the story imo, he seems to mainly play on the wing.

He's an interesting player alright. Will depend on the fee imho.
Would be happy with him and Kono. He's played 100 games for Lyon so it was hardly his first season.
37 games 4 goals and 10 assists in 12/13.
