Seems to be a decent player, and certainly should not be lumped in with Aspas as he so often is. We do appear to have a few players of Alberto's type, so I'm not sure of his Anfield future, but would be great if he could push himself into the frame with a good season.

I actually thought he looked decent whenever he played - he just hardly ever played.

I lump him in with Ilori and the £7m punt on potential brigade. It's a personal preference.

Would love him to come good as he always looked really tidy to me. We seem well stocked in his position, though.

The whole business was very odd. He looks a decent prospect but 7M was mad money and given that Suso is unlikely to get into our team, I struggle to see what chance this guy has got.

He's going to have to have some season for us to even get our money back.

I actually still think he will return to us. He has suffered from the price tag given but he looks like a classy player and like with most of our youngsters, could do with playing time somewhere competitive. He still had an assist last season in his approximate 20 mintues of first team PL footy!
