Read this Anita. I read it the other day and I was in tears.

I will read it Livvy, but not now cos I won't be able to sleep if I do.
When I hear/read about Jamie Bulger, or read about the massacre in Rwanda or think about innocent prisoner looked up in Guantanamo without trial, a sadness sets in my heart, I feel a lump in my throat and tears well up in my eyes, which is happening as a write this post. Injustice hurts, but I just cannot see how my embodying the very acts I vilify and despise can ever be a source of comfort or justice. It would only succeed in putting me in the same bracket as those who cause the feelings of dread and disbelief in us all.

You dont know that till you've tried it.
It could be cathartic
