2014 or never

I think that we're a year, maybe two ahead of schedule and will only increase from here... I really like where BR is taking us and trust that he'll address that defense. I really do feel that we'll continue to improve from here and will become a force to be reckoned with in the next few years... Remember, the other three or four team that will be up there with us cannot improve by as much as we can - They're already far deeper and better squads than we are. I'm excited about what the next few years hold for us.

If Hazard falls out with Mourinho, that's them weaker.

United need major rebuilding. Will that work?

City have to win or at least challenge for Champs League next season so their focus is on that.

Arsenal and Spurs are liabilities to themselves and I can't imagine they're too attractive a prospect to top players.

We're the most exciting team in Europe who give youngsters their chance. Provided we strengthen accordingly, there's no reason why we can't do better next season.

I wouldn't take any improvement for granted. It may seem unlikely at the moment but things could always get worse - you just never know. We've been at the wrong end of 5 year plans (or schedules as they're now known) before. I doubt many would've predicted in 07/08 that Rafa's team would be in complete ruins a couple years down the line.

I've got a bit of faith (I'm a cynic to the bitter end) in the current management, which is keeping me somewhat hopeful but for me it's definitely a case of seeing what comes next before being assured of our spot amongst footballing elite once more. There are still many decisions we have to get right.

Just heard on radio oooh liverpool could now wait another 20 yrs before a title, this was their one chance.

Utd will spend £150 million so they will probably win it next year.

Erm fuck off. Utd will have a new unproven manager in PL and need 10 players. We will finish above utd again and challenge next year I'm certain.

Garbage like that "best chance in 20 years" stuff is just a crutch for the lazy hacks who churn it out, saving them the bother of having to think. Nobody at Anfield will be paying it any attention and that's all that matters really.
