Has anyone else set themselves targets for this year that are fitness related?
Mine are all rowing targets, but I want to be able to do (by the beginning of next academic year, so October time)
2k in 6.40 or less (personal best is 6.57 set in May last year)
over 8k in 30 mins at a rate of 20spm. (personal best is 7406m done around March last year)
Haven't really got any weight orientated goals as I don't do really keep a track of what I lift (although I really should start to)
Share your goals and we can maybe motivate each other to reach our goals?!
