Aren't Keys and Gray just on Bein now?

Appreciate that it may be one stock interview Sky sell on, but that's not Sky people giving him shit. Not that I'm defending Sky.

I'll be quiet and go away.

Finally watched that interview to see what all the fuss about. It's not like he went apoplectic is it? It was hardly Kevin Keegan. Said a few things over the top like but the reporter was deffo on the wind up as per the usual Sky reporter mantra and he apologised for some of the things he said at the end of the interview so don't see what the big kick off is about myself.
Quite

He looks a bit of a tit, but I'd rather a manager be fucked off than come out all meek and mild

Whatever. People got pissed off in the match thread because he got it wrong. We dominated possession but created little, while leaving two of our most creative players on the bench. He made an error, all managers do, but this notion that he's infallible and can't be wrong is just ridiculous. I don't know how anyone could defend leaving out Coutinho and Firmino, it was a stupid decision, reflected in the result.

Klopp should be pissed off, at himself for his lineup and Lovren for being a brainless idiot.

I don't know why anyone is surprised, Gray and Keys notoriously hate us, so they will jump on this interview. I couldn't give a fuck really about Klopp losing it, he's entitled to be angry, but the whole debacle post match shouldn't really deflect from the fact that we dropped points because of our own stupidity. Had we picked a stronger team the pen could have been irrelevant.
Last season we lost Mane playing Everton which then saw us not winning next few games. I would rather we draw Everton then lose a key player. Everton did not cover themselves in glory, if after spending over £140m your tactics is to park the bus then I would be worried as an Everton fan

I thought Klopp was both manifestly wound up but also respectful and retaining of the ability to keep thinking.

All this "he's embarassing" stuff is just agenda-driven bollocks. I had a Spurs-supporting mate immediately message me calling Klopp a 'mini-Mourinho', for fucks sake.

Yeah, silliness, emotion, passion. That's what makes it interesting.

On the other hand, it does make anyone carping on about "agendas" and moaning about how other managers behave look a bit stupid, if they're desperately trying to justify how Klopp behaves sometimes. He fucked up and he knows it.

Klopp asking for a show of hands about the penalty and watching aghast as most of the hands in the press room went up was ill-advised, but we'd have been laughing if another manager had done it.

Maybe Klopp should do what Allardyce does and spend all of his free time on Sky and TalkSport, as one of their bessie mates. That way you can get away with murder, or at least corruption, and never be criticised for stinking the place out every time your neanderthal team plays a game.

But this was some middle eastern channel. Which I like on a Saturday because at 3pm they stick one main game on but go round the grounds showing goals and free kicks and stuff.

I'm not sure that any Bitter was under the illusion that Fat Sam would do anything different in that game. And they'll be quite happy with the result, too.

The problem will come when he doesn't get results and they're still watching dire, negative route one football. That's when the fans usually get him sacked, like at West Ham and Newcastle.

Agree. I am baffled by the fact that the reporter goes on about "but my opinion doesn't matter". If you are a reporter and report at at football game You should form a fucking opinion. And if you'r to coward to have an opinion so that "your opinion doesn't matter" why the fuck do you keep poking into already answered questions?

Every bitter I know has been messaging me like they won the CL yesterday. As said, they'll soon get bored of draws being their massive results

I disagree about reporters' opinions. An opinion is one thing I very definitely do NOT want from a match reporter. He or she is there to report what happened, not what he/she thinks about it. I couldn't give a single shiny sh!te about his/her opinion.

That said, the fuss being made about all this is ludicrous. It's on the radio (TalkSport) as well and, if it isn't agenda-driven, it certainly looks like it. TalkSport are hand in glove with Sky and, surprise surprise, it's that to$$er Jim White who's giving it large.

Ask them why they're not watching the Europa League draw instead of bothering you by celebrating a draw at a ground where they haven't won this century despite being nearly 18 years into it.

I'm gonna do that right now.

Well, if he is there to only report what happened, why not move on when Klopp said he didn't see it as a penalty situation?

Can someone explain what "the agenda" actually is, and what the goals are?

I can't keep up with them all.

Lad there's like 15 agendas at any one time on here

Best not to dwell on it and then get conscripted in to one unawares

I'm currently in the anti hendo agenda, anti klopp agenda, and pro solanke agenda; all without my knowledge

I think I'm clear on the Keyes/ Gray agenda, in that they are both horrible bellends and hate Liverpool.

The agenda is clear. Liverpool have failed to kill a game and your defence let you down again Mr Klopp. And you tought you were a smartarse for resting the Brazilians. So whatever respons you give I will question these two things for as long as you bother to stand here. I will not ask on how you limited Everton to less than a pass per minute (43 passes first half) as those tactics clearly turned your season around the last two months. That would not be controversial enough."

Worth saying that the reporter ( forget his mane) tweeted last night that he had no problem with Klopp and that he admired him for giving an honest interview.

If Klopp had played his full team / kept his mouth shut, there would be no story. Some great pr for keyes and gray

And if some of them had pulled up with injuries there'd be masses of posts on here (as well as people on Sky and TalkSport) slamming him for being irresponsible. Then on threads during our next game there'd be loads of 'why oh why' posts asking why he over-played his key players. Outside of video games, managers need to listen to their medical staff.

....and if we'd lost whilst picking the same team as in Europe (like Chelsea did) Klopp would get slammed by the same posters for not understanding the physical demands of the Premier League/not trusting his squad. (Interestingly, appears like a few people who have been scathing of Firmino in the past, are now treating him like Kenny reincarnate).
