Yep, but I do expect any fee to be in the region of £25m - £30m because of his contract, age, Covid effect..

Whatever we get will go towards paying the fee for Thiago. This is what this waiting game is all about.
Klopp is most likely annoyed because he wants the situation with Wijnaldum to be resolved as soon as possible so that Thiago can start the process of getting into the team sooner. So, the ball is definitely in Barca's court, but from Bayern's position the ball is on our court.

The situation we're in is peculiar to say the least. We're currently sitting on top of at least 60 million pounds worth of sellable assets and we can't move anyone for a decent amount it seems.
