I think we'll get France.

We'll beat them 1-0 at Croker, and in the second leg in Paris they'll take an early lead through Ribery. Then, in the 17th minute of Injury time Henry will punch the ball into the net 'beachball-style' and proceed to not celebrate, like only he can.

I, being the gracious loser I am, will doff my cap to Thierry and admire all the skills he's brought to this great game of ours over the last 10 odd years, whilst admiring his decision to remain cool and non-committal as all others celebrate gleefully around him.

If we get Greece we have a 60% chance of qualification, I don't rate France and reckon we have a 50% chance against them, a 10-15% chance against Portugal and unfortunately 0% against the Russians.

Many are under-rating France. In Ribery, Henry, Benzema, Anelka and Gourgouff they have excellent attacking talent. Thorw in Diarra, Sagna, Evra, Mexes and Gallas and you have a quality team. Manager is a clown though.
