Isn't alcohol?
I didn't mate - I was in Ibaraki at the time - Kashima Antlers was a host ground and it's where Croatia made their base. It was ace. All the local Japanese adopted Croatia as their second team. It was brilliant seeing everyone (fans and locals alike) all mingling together and having a great time all wearing Croatia shirts. The Croatian fans were utterly astonished by the hosts genuine hospitality and genki nature. Truthfully that summer was right up there with the best ever. I wish I could have made it to Hokkaido. I did visit the ice festival in Sapporo a year or so later which was stunning. I miss Japan lots 😎TV, social media, everywhere is crazy right now after that win!
Were you at the England Argentina game in Hokkaido back in 2002? I was there so maybe we were in close proximity 🙂
Can't disagree with thatOh yeah, I'm sure it's annoying for people there, but don't think they can complain about that law, other than they could have let people know a bit sooner. But, that's probably the smallest of the "customs" people are complaining about.
Senegal losing Mané pretty much killed their chances. Will any African country make it through to the last 16 ? I don't think so. Totally unimpressed with those I've seen so far. Cameroon's players had individual skill but didn't play as a team, passes went astray more often than not and they totally failed to support players in attack or indeed create anything at all in fact. Switzerland should have scored more.
Ghana haven't played yet but if any are going to make it through then Tunisia or Morocco have the best chance it seems, and definitely no African winner with more than likely none in the quarters.

Poor TrentDarwin is starting. Thats the only important thing about this WC. Watching the golden boy. The mad whopper.
Those ex-players who enter management and lose control of their physique should be quite ashamed. 😛

Swiss being surprisingly neutral
Poor Trent
Due to my job I go to both every year. Went to Okinawa this summer and will be going to Hokkaido in Feb next year. Both exceptional places and highly recommended!Me too. I'm thinking of visiting Hokkaido hopefully next year. Been to most parts of Japan except Hokkaido and Okinawa - two places i'd like to visit soon.

What's the World Cup ever done wrong lol?
Fuck Fifa yes but we'll still watch the football.
Fuck our jobs we hate but we'll still happily get paid for doing it.
Fuck all the girls we've slept with but we'd happily to do again for the sex.
Fuck our MP's and Government but we'll still pay more tax to them than we should.
This is the hypocrisy world we live in.
