I saw the highlights of Paul the octopus on TV, choosing the latest 3 games, ie, semi-final, 3rd place, and final. In all those he seems to always pick the box on the right, which is the closest one to him.

Just been drinking with a Dutch mate of mine here in Valencia .... Nice and calm he is .... Head says Spain will romp home but my little inner mystic octopus says Holland for a sneaky win, do not know why. On the bright side as an English expat I can't really lose, loads of Spanish mates who'll be delighted plus a wicked party if they win, bags of shut the fuck up schadenfreude if they lose .... They will be intolerable if they win it trust me .... I'm going for the Dutch cos Spain are too good
Fantastic game for the third-place. Really entertaining and it showed that there was little to lose for either side. How brilliant has Forland been all tourney? Had that free kick gone in at the end, he would have to be in for a shout for player of the tournament despite not reaching the final.

I think Spain might just edge it, but it wouldn't surprise me if Deadly slots one for the Dutch. He has a habit of scoring in important games.
