Either of these French CB's scoring here would be boss for my struggling FF side.

Doesn't look massively unlikely considering the start France have made, should get a few set pieces.
 
Ive had every doorway taped up ready for gloss for the last week... Struggling to be arsed

Obvious gulf in class in this one, although I'd love to see a shock

If you can persuade the boss, I'd use dulux satinwood instead of gloss.

Much easier to paint with, water based so easier to clean up, doesn't chip as easily & lasts a couple of years longer without yellowing so doesn't need to be done again as soon.

Best thing I ever did in our last house.
 
Australia with a set piece in a decent position. Nothing comes of it.

You can really see the difference in the players from the European leagues to smaller leagues in terms of physical body shape this WC. The players from bigger leagues seem to look a lot fitter & usually more well built.

It was very apparent watching the Egypt game yesterday too.
 
Australia just can't get out most of the time cos they have no one to play it to.

If they don't start to give themselves outlets they're on a hiding to nothing.

Yea that's exactly what I'm using, gloss seems to be what everyone says round these parts when they're doing the wooden bits.

I bought some foam brushes I might give a go, you ever tried them?
 
Not foam brushes but got a foam pad that's great for the flat wide bit of skirting & doors.

Use a brush for the smaller areas & the pad for the larger areas.

The pad has a kinda soft fur like top which holds the paint nicely instead of it soaking in.
 
Australia definitely growing into this game.

Surprised France aren't pressing more to get the ball back.

What are the temperatures like there? Cos their lack of pressing today plus Spain yesterday makes me feel as if I'm watching one of the WC in a hot country where no one wants to expend too much energy.

Those footies cost 250 quid and can burst with in a normal challenge. I feel for all them rich kids playing in the park and ending up in tears.
 
I think that match yesterday spoiled us.

Group games are very often shite, & the first game more so as teams bed in.

France looking better this last five minutes.
 
They are overplaying it. Like Arsenal.

I fucking loathe Australia and all things Australian. Except the women.
Along with the Saffers there are few nations I hate more.
