That really was a dreadful penalty. Never understand why players blast it high unless they've practiced it day in day out. Otherwise just place it as hard as you can in a corner.

Is your oven electric? If so make sure that's unplugged. Think about anything else where you can't see the plug. Washer, dryer etc.

Turned the power off to full board, knocked on the switch for sockets and then the moment I put full board power back on it trips the sockets again.

On a separate trip switch. Knocking absolutely everything off now to see if that works

Probably teaching you how to suck apples but make sure you switch back on one by one if it works afterwarss with someone watching the fuse box to see when it trips so you can identify what it is.
