Will we lose any big names this summer?

Arent Real buying Neymar anyway.... so why would they go after Salah.... I dont think they would outlay 200M on him until he has 1 or 2 more seasons similar to this one.

Plus the fact that he must know that being at this club is a great option, we are going forward and everyone in European football can see this. New training ground, potential bigger stadium, more great players coming in etc....

I am pretty sure Mr Henry will not be wanting to sell our prize asset after 1 season, we need to build and establish ourselves right at the very top again for a few seasons.... strength builds strength.

He will be here I am pretty sure.

1st team players that I think are vulnerable as they will play a smaller role next season (imho)

Clyne
Wini
Lallana
Karius
Henderson
Milner
Moreno
Ming

Out of the Fab 3 I think the one that Klopp may consider selling is Mane if he is required to but the fee would be very high.

Isn’t our nett spend since Klopp took over 0, so even if we spunk 200 mill that’s still only a next spend of 66 mill a year. Plus we earnt an extra 70 million this year with champs league so we shouldn’t need to sell anyone even if we do spend 200 mill.

We are also in champs league next season so that is another minimum of 30 mill.

What’s all this about Mane leaving? Fuck that, he’s here for life. There’s no way Klopp would sanction his sale...at any price. Nonsense talk.
No Way do we ever think of letting Mane go. Every opposition can find ways of stopping salah or firminio ... but Mane is our unpredictable scary guy up front ... no defence can prepare for him. We sell Mane then we will have major problems up front.

Depends who we get as a replacement surely? Also, are you suggesting Mane is more valuable to us than Salah and Bobby?
If Mane goes and it finances the following buys then may be it's something I'll have to reluctantly agree on;
GK (Allison or Oblak) £70-£80m
Fekir £65m
Ousmane Dembele/Pulisic £90m

This is true. I think we have enough for a serious splurge. Whether it happens or not is another thing.

We have a lot of deadwood to get rid of first, but how much these players will fetch is anyone's guess but I would guess it would be quite derisory.

We don't need to sell any of the front three. What is the obsession with selling Mane Salah or Firmino?

We have plenty of cash for Oblak / Alisson if they'll come.

If we sell any of our front three it will have been a very disappointing summer. We need to build around our best players and add the depth of players who can deputise without lowering the overall quality. Keita and Fabinho are already starters and improve our midfield. We need a smattering of such players throughout, and of course, a world class keeper.

We are fucking MINTED.
No one will leave unless Klopp wants them to. And if he does then I say fine.

There is no way Mane, Firmino or Salah are leaving and that goes without saying for our other big name, VvD.

That said we are still likely to be in for a big turnover this Summer with 4 or 5 new first team contenders (Keita, Fabinho, Fekir, likely GK, Winger, maybe CB, maybe striker) and an even greater turnover in the supporting players / U23s. Those likely to be on the chopping block (either because Klopp wants them out or they themselves see no future) :

Lallana (though I guess both he and Klopp may want to see how one more season goes for him. We will however have about 8 midfielders come end of August so he may realise the writing is on the wall)
Karius (if there really any possibility Klopp will keep him out of sympathy ? Because it couldn't be for any other reason with his head gone).
Moreno (I'm not 100% convinced Klopp won't keep him but whatever, stay or leave I'm ambivalent. He's OK for a backup LB if all he gets is an occasional LC run-out or 10 mins when we're winning by three).
Mignolet (certain departure)
Ward (If he doesn't get the #2 he'll be off, George will be promoted to #3)
Ings (sorry lad but I can't see a place for you and after you were left off the bench for the CL you should know that now too)
Also I reckon most of these will go (some doubt over those with a question mark but unlikely to see a future here with our new policy/stature) : Brewster (dumb bugger), Randall, Bogdan, Sturridge, Flanagan, Kent (?), Markovic, Ejaria (?), Chirivella, Awoniyi, Williams, Rodrigues (Allan ?), Ojo, Origi,

Clyne, Gini, Henderson, Klavan & Milner will get plenty of games, even though not many (any for Klavan) starts. Come 2019/20 they may consider their options and move on if our current progression / transfer policy (high quality inbound) continues but all wil be around for 2018/19.

The gossip at the Echo is that Klavan's illness just won't go away and there's much puzzlement and anxiety about it. The couple of times he played since he'd supposedly recovered he was absolutely shattered.

We don't need to sell anyone, but that's never stopped anyone from leaving.

The only top player we've ever kept after stating his desire to leave in the last 10 years has been Gerrard, and that had fuck all to do with us really.

Suarez, Torres, Coutinho......all left.

As for who could leave - outside of our two best players Mane and Salah - I'd be happy to see Wijnaldum, Karius, Mignolet, Ings, Moreno, Klavan and Lallana go.

I knew one of our players would get the bad AIDS, but I thought it was going to be Sturridge.
