He is, he will be 30 in October but would be good for at least 2-3 seasons. His scored 110 goals in in 169 appearances for Fluminense. We do need another striker we have two decent ones at the moment, we need a third (Boroni is not good enough).

If we can push this move through, I can see the club really turning a corner. It's getting to be so late in the window that I have no issue with the fee, considering it's not very likely that there will be a whole lot more activity outside of a LB. It does sound like most other clubs, who have done their business already, aren't too keen on making another, and other clubs who do still have needs are spooked by the fee, so the odds are pretty decent I would say.

It sounds like Anzi's owner wants all the money up front if he's liquidating the club's main assets, so I can see the fee being a bit lower than the 30-35M that some are quoting, considering bigger fees are typically paid in installments.

Obviously I dont remember the email exchange but he was saying hes one of the best talents hes ever seen in a single match and that he would be a huge superstar.

Aly Cissokho signed so LB is sorted. There has been talk of a 8M bid made for Sakho. Nothing's come of it yet. So its maybe Willian and Sakho to complete our transfers.
