I'm afraid he's going to be like Xhaka – never really able to eliminate these flashes of anger from his game. Some people just have this character trait, looking fine and cheerful 99% of the time, but uncontrollably snapping in that 1% of instances, sometimes with dire consequences for themselves or others.

I think with Grujic it's more like 15% of instances. It's maddening because there are times when he looks like he could become such a handy midfielder - really strong and powerful, a great shot on him, decent in the air, a good range of passes and always very competitive - but he's just mad when he tackles. I just hope he really learns from these mistakes.

I disagree. He will add to his development by a few months of steelwork. He could play in PL but it is tough to take Milners part time job.

Not sure he'll want to go back after the way they treated him. I think a short-term caretaker is more likely if/when Conte is sacked.
