Pazzini 3-1 Bologna. Hattrick on debut.
Scoreline's a little flattering though. Current Milan side look ordinary.

Exactly what i thought, I read the commentry during the day and thought Carroll had pretty much scored the goal, he did alright nothing particularly special. Kind of ironic he is now injured!Right, I'm watching MOTD and West Ham's first goal has gone in.
Carroll got his head to a lofted, hopeful, whatever...goes to some West Ham player, who passes to Nolan, who scores.
The commentator nearly had triplets over Carroll's part in.
"...and Carroll had a huge, HUUUGE part in it !"
Erm.........?

Talking him up big time on MOTD.Bingo, it's almost as if the media have some sort of agenda.........
I don't normally buy that shit, but, fucking hell !
Talking him up big time on MOTD.
I am fine with it all if they can make him out to be a £25m striker by the end of the season
I wish they had started two months earlier then😡I have nothing against Andy Carroll, per se, but there's definitely a media groundswell to make him into the next Shearer/Ingurland Ledge, based off of that header in the Euros.

I doubt we'd get anything near that even if he scored 20, clubs know we don't want him, we'll get 15m and we'll be glad. Even when people are offering us a near guaranteed 17M + I.e. WH we say no!!
...only to go back a week later and take far far less!
In his weekly Column for The Mirror, Dalglish aimed a broadside at Rodgers, claiming that "I don't care how good a player you are, if you believe that the manager believes in you, it makes all the difference".
Rodgers clearly didn't believe in Carroll, but after his performances last season, it's not hard to see why. Dalglish added:
"Andy Carroll did a good job for me, and before people start criticising him, let's just remember a couple of things. There were only three trophies up for grabs last season and Andy won one of them. He made a big contribution to winning the Carling Cup, and scored the winner against Everton in the FA Cup semi-final.
"If I'd brought him on earlier in the final against Chelsea, he might have won that for us as well. As it was, he scored a goal and tormented their defence - and then destroyed Terry and Ivanovic at Anfield a few days later. The longer Andy stayed at Liverpool, the greater the improvement there was in him".
"Football is all about opinions and most of the time, people have different opinions. So just because Andy was not wanted at one club does not mean that applies elsewhere".
Hypocrite?
Who's the hypocrite?
If Kenny's a hypocrite for advocating playing Carroll while he barelly played him himself?I'm asking the question is Kenny a hypocrite.
WHEN THE FUCK DID HUDDLESTONE GROW ALL THAT HAIR AND THIS IS A RHETORICAL QUESTION ?
haha he looks ridonkulous
how exactly was that a red card?
haha he looks ridonkulous
Both feet lifted off the floor. Just.
It was nonsense, never a red in my eyes, but it'll stand, sadly.
Oooooh, I love it when we argue 'bout a sending-off !

I think your a nutter themn - but on this point I am in total agreement. I just hope the whole world hears how great Andy Carroll is so we can get that 20M for him - but I doubt it only because I think managers like Sam are a dying breed and that Andy Carroll is the type of striker fast becoming extinct from the modern game.
Haha
