I've always been a bit... meh about Carroll. You know, I like the big lad and really wanted him to do well, I just never saw him being able to fit in at Liverpool.
But now, watching him play for West Ham, I feel kinda sad. Like, he's ours and should be with us. I hope he does well. Either so we can get a good fee from him or so we get him back and he's firing. Wish him all the best.

Let's see what he's like when he settles down and they have their backs against the wall and he's a forlorn figure stood on the halfway line for 80% of games. Same here, except the bit about feeling sad or like he should still be at liverpool. Good luck to him, they're playing exactly the way he needs - get it to him in the air and get around him for the knock downs.
