Just done a 9-fold on the following being in the England WC squad. All of these seem like gimmes to me apart from Carroll

If you were dealing with a good manager who makes good choices then you'd be in with a shout SO but Hodgson will do something daft for sure.

Of your selection I think he might go for Baines and Cole and leave Shaw behind. Cleverly is obviously not good enough to go but I wouldn't be surprised if he was selected. If Carroll proves his fitness he should be on the plane but Hodgson is daft enough to pick Crouch instead. So to summarise I reckon you've got 6 that you really shouldn't be concerned about with Shaw, Cleverly and Carroll being the doubtful ones.

Injuries are always a major problem in those type of bets also.
For a throw away tenor ya might get lucky though.
