Watching MOTD and MNF overseas

Any advice from the overseas Reds? I'm willing to pay (not too much) and I'm done with the virus-laden free streaming websites. Tried some free VPNs, but somehow never got them to work on the Mac. Any advice appreciated.

Yes, but this website loads a bunch of other shit, making my CPU close to overload, so I wonder what exactly it’s doing to my computer as payment for “free” videos.
