Maybe, I think he'll play better and I think they're more suited as a partnership than VVD/Matip. Lovren is a bit more of an mopper-upper, he'll cover around the other defender and go for second balls (we've seen how shit he can be attacking their first ball and reading the game), whereas Matip is a bit more of a stopper, which VVD more or less is, only he's alot better and more composed at it.

We'll see I guess.
