Dreamy is a rabid manc. I mean, really - whenever Maureen sends out the most biased argument, who picks it up and repeats it on here? Yup. I posted the above article to anticipate and discourage such a stupid response, but still it came.

Oh well.

Ah yes talking about what our manager actually said is very stupid.

For someone who wanted to be left alone you seem obsessed.

Maybe this talk of hypocrisy has hit a nerve as you continue to post about me ya sad sad little child.

As soon as anyone bites back at you or doesn't think you are funny you have a huff and fuck off for months.

The Utd fan remark is as old and tired as your posts have become.

For what's its worth, klopp should not have commented on the price of other team players. mourinho is desperate in clutching at straws and is simply deflecting attention.

I read comments from Klopp back when Utd bought Pogba.

Make him look a hypocrite and a fool now.

Oh well.

Was this on Redcafe? I've checked their site out and it's all they are talking about.

He made a passing comment about the ridiculous fee. He was right then (it was silly money) and he's right now (it's silly money for VVD, but we have no choice but to pay it).

If anything, it was that transfer that's kicked off the current madness in the transfer market.

I'm against any kind of signatures in principle (and this one's only temporary), but Dreamy produced such a pearl of a post a few pages earlier that I felt somebody had to use it.

Nope, was an Irish sport Facebook page quoted his interview at the time.

I agree it was, but just don't make the comment full stop.

A lot of what Klopp says is excellent but that was a mistep.

Ha can't see your quote but in fairness you have a few to pick from

Pathetically, Mourinho is having a go, demanding that hacks keep questioning Klopp over the fee. This from the man who has only recently moaned he needs to pay bigger fees. What a bitter and twisted little man he is.
I hate that cunt but to be fair he also pretty much said we had no option but to pay the fee we did. His quote in full :

"If I was one of you, I would ask him about his comments one year ago."
"The reality is that if they think that the player is the right player for them and they really want the player they pay his amount or they don’t have the player because that is the way the market is at that time so when we compare now the amount of money certain managers and club spend try to compare that I am not saying with 10 years ago but three years ago is to compare the impossible."
"VVD most expensive defender in history of football. Was he better than Maldini, Bergomi, Rio F? Cannot say that. It is way market is. If you pay, you pay a crazy amount of money. If you don't, you don't have the player. Simple as that. No criticism about that."

More Klopp quotes (and he's not wrong) :

"The problem with my life is that I've said too much s**t in the past and no-one forgets it"

And now:

"The past half year changed pretty much everything. It is not nice, but that is the market. That is the world. We have to adapt."

Is correct. They are bitter and I'd say it seems fearful right now. Our attack is rightly vaunted and with Keita, Goretska (sp. and if it happens) strengthening the midfield and reinforcements to the defence (VVD, Akanji) they probably have a right to be since their team still needs substantially more and numerous players are playing below expectations. We only need a new keeper and another CM (assuming the Goretska stories are correct) to have a pretty damn awesome team.

A typical incoherent ad hominem attack, prompted by the fact that the truth hurts. Now shut up, you stupid little twat.

Was it just me, or was Dreambeliever having a go at Macca really weird?

It's like Planet of the Apes, he's becoming a bit too intelligent.

Hey dude - Keep it chilled. I love a good hissy fit (I do it lots admittedly ) I love you lots (just for the record and so you know - I'll happily rim you into oblivion if it stops you talking about Utd )X 😉

Yep. That's my reading of it too.

They're very busy pointing out the hypocrisy, and laughing at the size of the fee, to cover up the fear that they are actually worried we might have bought one of the best CBs in the league.

75m for someone who is not world class, apparently. But yet, when he's fit, he would probably walk into the first teams of United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid (ahead of Varane). Possibly Juve (now Bonucci is gone) and Spurs (more experienced than Sanchez) too.

They're also worried about the fact we seem to be addressing our other issues too.

The problem for United is they can't afford to buy anything below world class (or close to it) whenever they buy from now on; because they don't have a coach with a history of developing players. Whereas we can supplement a VVD with a cheaper buy such as Akanji, or Goreztka, knowing that Klopp will invest time (and allow them to make mistakes) if it helps their development.

United have to spend 50+m from here on out, as they can't afford another Shaw/Martial transfer (combined 90m), with Jose their coach.

To moan about how much another manager has spent, merely days after you've moaned about your own club (which has broken transfer records multiple times) not spending even more money to compensate for your inability to improve lesser players, is pretty much it as far as hypocrisy goes. I know some used to be dazzled by this appalling egomaniac, but even most of his long-standing fans now realise what a profoundly childish and insecure and petty creep he really is. If there's one thing that would make 2018 better, it would be for this ball of bile to just shut the feck up and mind his own business.

That's big talk for someone whose career highlight, at age 26, is some medals in Scotland and a 6th place finish in the Premiership.

It's not really the profile you'd associate with a world class player.

And if you look at his international career, well he has a lot less caps than some shit players playing in the same position ahead of him for years.

And when he did get a run in the Dutch team they didn't qualify for Euro 2016.

Ha go fuck yourself with your boring repetitive shite.

You are the type of Liverpool fan that gives others a reason to hate us.

Everyone else in football is a cunt and if anyone disagrees you throw a fit.

You are a pathetic little man who has the maturity of a spoilt 10 year old.

Go post a gif from are you being served or Blackadder.

Cunt

That dickhead asked me to ignore him from now on when I disagreed with his ramblings and in return he would so the same, yet he continues to insult me in posts so fuck him.

If that warrants a ban so be it but I'm not going to let a prick like that talk shite and not respond.

Everyone here knows Macaas precious and bit touched, Stream links and gifs shouldn't cover that.

Ha, I generally don't bother with the insults side of things, it's childish.

I make an exception when I see a fan that's an embarrassment

Fair enough. But Mourinho is the manager who has benefited the most from this explosion of spending over the last 15 years. Most likely once he quits Utd, he will be the boss of PSG. So. I don't think he has any right whatsoever to complain or make statements about the spending. I remember Chelsea under him spending 20 million plus on SWP, just because they can, and barely using him.

He has loved it when he has been at a club capable of spending the most but doesn't like seeing others 'copying' that path to success. No doubt he'll break 100m with United in the next 12 months, and do likewise with future clubs also.
