Some twits let off fireworks so UEFA are fining us again. We seem to have upset them.

Dortmund are also being charged for their fans blocking the stairway. Only a matter of time before we're charged for singing YNWA over a particular decibel level.

UEFA have charged us for our fans letting off flares at the game. Might as well move our head office to UEFA HQ.

Uefa have 4 balls, they can pretty much do anything. .
... That's according to the CL Semi final draw tv coverage anyways. ..

UEFA - should be thanking us. Most games are either predictable OR they are just dull. But in my view we have done them big favaours for both their competitions when we have played in the later stages. I suspect that the game on Thursday probably gives that particular second tier competition some kudos it has not had since its inception. I mean previously as I remember it the original UEFA Cup/Cup-Winners-Cup competitions were taken seriously by most teams, and I think with the CL reward for the winners and our recent game - we have raised its profile. They should see some of the shit we have done:-

1) 2001 - against Alaves - that was fucking exciting 5-4 ?
2) Final against Milan - 3-3 and the amazing comeback and excitement of Extra-Time.

I bet the no. of viewers is higher when we are in the final and also the publicity for European football goes up. Fuck them - they should just give us a free place based on having 5 European Cups to our name - like the permanent members of the UN always have a seat at the table.

And they're going to charge us with another one.

Liverpool face additional UEFA charge for fans' fireworks against Dortmund

Liverpool have landed yet more charges from UEFA as their Europa League campaign continues to generate off-field disciplinary issues.

Proceedings have been opened following the Reds' dramatic quarterfinal second-leg victory over Borussia Dortmund at Anfield last week relating to the setting off of fireworks after a flare was thrown on to the pitch.

Liverpool and Dortmund have already both been charged by UEFA for offences in the first leg in Germany; the former for fans letting off fireworks and the latter for blocking stairways at the stadium.

The Merseysiders already face charges of illicit chanting, setting off fireworks, throwing objects and more general crowd disturbances by their fans from the second leg of their previous round against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

United have also been charged with crowd disturbances and throwing objects, in addition to blocked stairways.

All the cases will be dealt with by UEFA's control, ethics and disciplinary body on May 19, the day after the Europa League final in Basel.

Should Liverpool get past Villarreal in the semis to reach that final their ticket allocation will be just 9,000 at St Jakob-Park, which only has a capacity of 35,000.

Liverpool have 27,000 season ticket holders and sold out their allocation of 32,000 for February's Capital One Cup final against Manchester City.

Fair enough really, you can't be letting flares off.

The annoying thing is that they miss so many other things like the Utd Chanting.
