Well it was hardly going to break the bank if it lost. I couldn't figure out, in such an evenly contested 2nd half, why Everton were 2/1 with 15 minutes to go and The Toon were 6/1.

The problem is that after I placed that bet I logged out of Betfair and turned off my computer. 7 or 8 minutes later (score still 1-1) I had a moment of inspiration and predicted a 2-2 finish which would have been about 60/1 odds but didn't turn my computer back on to place the bet :-(
