Even Pescara don't want Balotelli
Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli is no longer wanted by Italian side Pescara.
The Reds are hopeful of offloading Balotelli before the season starts, but they will have to look elsewhere for suitors after the newly-promoted Serie A side ended their interest in the troublesome striker.
Pescara’s club president Daniele Sebastiani told Sport Mediaset: “I know that his is the name that would get the most attention but Mario is a great player and I think that the last thing he would do would be to come and play at Pescara or Crotone.
“We don’t need to buy figurines just to make somebody happy. We’re working behind the scenes on finding players with the right profile for Pescara.
“We’re running our own transfer market and if we want to do anything, we need to be patient.”

Sampdoria were interested recently, not for the first time, but he turned them down before, so I'm not holding out much hope there.
It's fair enough for the club to try and get something for him, but the point where it isn't worth the faffing around must surely be close now. If it were up to me and he's still with us by the end of the window I'd pay the bugger off.

He needs to be loaned to an English Premier League club, they're only ones that would pay his wages.
Nobody is going to pay his wages, you have to come to terms with that. We'll be lucky if they pay 20% of his wages.
Mate, Ajax highest wage is about 20 grand a week. They also like intelligent footballers who understand the system they play. I can't see it as a viable move myself.
Yeah, I know. Probably not. Balotelli would have to accept a wage of 40k or something.
Just want him gone in all honesty.
