Henderson isn´t the first new player who says it´s too long since we won something (which feels kind of strange coming from a new player) but has any of our new players won anything at all? Did Suarez win the Dutch league? Benitez signed a lot of captains (which, on paper, should mean players who take responsibility).

Not a biggie but they should play a few years for the club before saying anything about the history.

Of course he should say "we". He's part of the team. Would you rather he felt alienated and like he didn't belong because he's new?

Oh and suarez did win the league

The majority of our players have won something at some point, there just isn't many of them who have won anything with us (four of them maybe?)

I sort of see what your saying but i actually read that in a more positive way, when your new players say that they are quietly confident and looking forward to playing each game.... spot on attitude.

And i want the fella to be wanting trophies...
