City wouldn't go after these type of players, they'll go straight for the guys at the top already well established. Rice, Caicedo, probably try for Kimmich and de Jong.

PSG have already signed Skriniar Asensio and M.Thuram on frees and are tying up Ugarte. Looking to get Bernardo Silva, Saliba & Kolo Muani done.
