I don't care about stupid footballers, but I hope none of you boys used FaceApp. It's now reported everywhere that “the app’s terms of service say users grant the [St. Petersburg, Russia based] company a “perpetual, irrevocable ... (and) worldwide” license to use a user’s photos, name or likeness in practically any way they see fit.” Nothing shady about this at all.
BTW I'd love to know how that's going to be squared with a star player's image rights, which could be worths tens of millions. Alisson will have to go to court and try to prove his account was hacked or something. Quite a few celebrities who fell for this might find themselves in a pickle a well.
