Fannies..

We will win our next 4 games easily...

2 at home, (we have only drawn twice at home, won the rest). Out of the away games one we could play our reserves and win.. The other is an out of sorts Everton

Watford, don't travel well (usually - I don't count Leicester as they clearly downed tools) and neither do Burnley

Fulham is a given.. and as for the blue shite.. play Shaqiri, fabs, Robertson and keep pinging balls into the box, that will be a piece of pish..

We have some dead cert wins in the mix..

Fulham. Huddersfield, etc..

Tricky games..

Spurs, Chelsea and Wolves, but they are all at home. Get 5 points from 9 out of them and we are home and dry..

93 points should do it.

They're at their usual level, hovering below the Top 6 in that huge tranche of teams who have between 30 and 40 points, with the usual massive gap between 6th and 7th currently standing at 10 points (chelsea have 50 in 6th place, Watford and Wolves 40 in 7th and 8th)

It may be a little below normal level actually, because they're a further 7 points off Watford. They can't defend set-pieces at all, and also struggle to score many. So they're in a bad spot, and the natives are - again - very restless.
If we did a Norwegian press job & created a table since the start of December, I bet Everton would be in the relegation hunt

Need Clyney and Big Dom to turn in out of this world performances versus City. Would be glorious for Dom to open his account there.

Will Pellegrini play a strong team or will he chuck out the likes of Zabaleta against Sterling?

I really hope some journalist will ask him in his press conference.

"Manuel, when you played Liverpool, you said you wanted to do your old club Citeh a favour. Now you are playing Manchester City, does this mean you will try to help Liverpool now, or do you intend to completely throw the game?"

And then watch him squirm answering it.

Zab was a weak link in their last game, and the full back they deployed against us was pretty decent. Hope the return of Lanzini means West Ham can put out a really threatening team. Anderson, Lanzini, Arnoutovic & Anthonio to cause havoc.

Obviously everybody knows what I think, but I can't see anything but City winning the league. City will bum United. That was a massive opportunity missed on Sunday.

Some solid optimism in this here thread. Wish I could share the feeling but I can see citeh winning the league

At this stage last season we were scoring for fun and set games on fire, while now we try to scrape a point or three here and there. Still we are leading now and it should be a couple of exciting months between now and May.

Fernandinho and Laporte out for 5 games according to The Guardian. It’s their chance to struggle with defensive casualties, hopefully the opposition will make the most of it.

Is that 3 league games then?

Shame their next few games are easy but you never know.

Yep, their next 3 games.

West Ham
Bournemouth
Watford

Would love to at least see them go for it however Pellgrini will probably roll over for City, and Bournemouth aren’t as strong as last season. So hopefully Watford show up.

Watford are our best hope there. Troy Deeney to savage their backline.
