And worse come to worst, (at least majority of) the fee can be recouped

Recouped?

Wouldn't surprise me if Chelsea already have a deal agreed in principle to sign him in summer for 80m.

Look how quickly a talent can go from nobody knowing about him to being a superstar in the making, sadly our scouts a bunch of fucking hillbilly's who wouldn't know what talent looked like if it was tattooed on the others forehead.

I know right… those scouts recommended Darwin!!!!

Genuinely don't think we would've signed players like him Diaz, Ibou, Taki, maybe Grav too if they didn't impress Klopp and Pep when we faced them in the CL.

Compare Kovavic's two tackles today with Jota's two tackles last week.

One player saw red & barely touched the opposition player, the other should have seen red twice and studded the opposition player (twice).

Bonkers how he’s on the field still.

irs either a change in referring styles or something very man city favorable

Michael Oliver (ref today) was, of course, the other official to receive payment from City's owners to referee a match in the UAE.

You have to wonder why PGMOL set themselves up for these own goals. Shocking really.

Own goals, what own goals? They are getting the outcomes they want - on the pitch and in their bank accounts.

The amount of injury time they play this season is nuts. This game has been on for at least four hours already

Good. The more points City drop the better it is for our chances. 3 points off the top is fine considering the Spurs travesty and the 2 points dropped today (otherwise we could/should be top).

We’ll have the good and the bad. Need a win next time. Can’t believe there’s another international break

Rodri apparently previousy was one yellow card per 8 fouls on average. We need that to be less because he vital to City.

Don't you think that's enough complaining? You need to move on now. You made your point. Move on.

That's what people said about Newcastle / Arsenal last season and both went on to have great seasons.

Spurs look resilient this year.
They've been extremely lucky on occasions this season and their squad depth is limited. They would need a Leicester type season (low winning points total and very very few injuries with the top teams underperforming - a lot) to win it. 4th is about their level this season.
